Hours and Appointment Booking
Clinic Hours
Phones are answered Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm, and Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
We are closed daily for lunch from 11:30am-1:00pm.
A booked appointment is required to see your Health Care Provider.
No Walk-In visits please.
Our physicians book using the Advanced Access system for booking, in which patients can only book appointments up to 1 week in advance. This system allows each physician to leave enough appointments open to see urgent concerns of all our patients. If you phone to book an appointment for a date greater than 1 week in advance (ex. physical for next month) you will be asked to call back a week before the desired date.
You must bring a valid Health Card to every visit. Health Cards that have expired or are invalid will not be accepted under any circumstances and patients will be required to pay for the visit according to the Ontario Medical Association guidelines. As of July 1, 2020 if you present with a red and white health card there will be a fee for your visit, as per the Government of Ontario.
After Hours Clinic
UPDATED AS OF MARCH 23, 2020
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen a surge in calls to our after hours service. Unfortunately, this has resulted in long wait times. In light of this, to improve your access, we are implementing a new way to deliver your after hours care.
As previously, clinics will be held
EVENINGS: Monday to Thursday 5pm-8:30pm
WEEKENDS: Friday 5pm-8:30pm (OR Saturday 10am-1:30pm) and Sunday 10am - 1:30pm
HOLIDAYS: Varies, call for details
You can now access the after-hours clinic by calling: 1-888-308-5228
On calling this number, you will be triaged and an appointment booked if appropriate. If you call this number outside of clinic hours, you will be directed to the Telephone Health Advisory Service for Nurse assistance. This service is meant to address urgent issues and is not a replacement for routine appointments with your regular physician.
As a rule, no narcotics will be prescribed and COVID-19 testing is not available at this time.
Thank you for your patience as we navigate this change.
