The user experience is centered around mood tracking, and goal-oriented, tailored conversations. The Waterloo Wellington region has purchased unlimited licensing for a year, available through the referral code “Ontario” once downloaded on any Smartphone.
10% Happier (https://www.tenpercent.com/) - Great App with excellent videos on various wellness topics and courses. They have a free coronavirus sanity guide with updated live talks! The full app is free for healthcare providers for 6 months. For everyone else there is a free 7 day trial (but the coronavirus sanity guide is free for everyone).
